Trinidad and Tobago born rapper, Nicki Minaj will launch a 127 piece Fendi designer collection on October 14th. The US based, chart topping entertainer announced her retirement from the music business, earlier this month, this following news of plans to marry for Thanksgiving.

Minaj has dropped a new single, aptly entitled ‘Fendi’ ahead of the launch. The collaboration with PnB Rock and Murda Beats was also produced by 25-year-old Murda Beatz, a Canadian producer. On Wednesday, Fendi tweeted, “Have you ever heard of a Collection with its own theme song? Well, Fendi did it,” – this before the track dropped on spotify.

On Instagram, Nicki posted a few of the looks set to drop in October. The ‘Chun Li’ singer has publicly endorsed the Fendi brand for some time. She is the latest singer to enter the fashion realm, this as fellow Caribbean artist, Rihanna recently showed new designs from her Fenty lingerie line.
