It’s been an annual event that has drawn out the masses in Antigua and Barbuda. Two years after the pandemic, Ricardo Drue re-emerged with his signature event in his home country. The time though, he had a major surprise for not just his fans, but the women he shares his daughter with.

On Tuesday, July 26th, Ricardo dropped on one knee as he and his companion, Patrice Roberts performed on stage. He was ready to take the next step in his life and their relationship. “Will you marry me?,” asked the ‘Vagabond’ singer. In response, Patrice, appearing to have been truly caught off guard said, “Hell yeah!”

The pair have solidified their relationship in recent years. They share a beautiful daughter, Lili.
