From night clubs, he expanded into real estate before setting his eyes on the restaurant and bar scene, where his vision again excelled. Castro’s Restaurant and Sport Bar was conceptualised and birthed out of the desire to lift the quality and standard of service provided to the people of East Trinidad. Bringing top class service and ambiance previously unseen, the restaurant’s popularity grew over time, attracting customers from all over Trinidad and Tobago to experience its fine dining culinary experience.

The concept of health and wellness has always been a part of who Micheal St. John is. It was no surprise to many when his next venture was to follow his passion in opening “D Dial Fitness Club,” firstly in the Arima community and later on two more branches in the Port-of-Spain environs, one at Long Circular Mall and the other at One Woodbrook Place.
