The ‘Foolish’ singer who collaborated with Machel Montano on a single called, ‘De Road’, will, according to Montano, be a part of his personal squad on the road come Carnival Monday and Tuesday.

On Monday, mere hours before she hit the stage with Machel, Ashanti tweeted :

Her opportunity came after major performances by some of Carnival’s greatest entertainers, among them, Bunji Garlin, Skinny Fabulous, Farmer Nappy, Destra Garcia, Nadia Batson, Calypso Rose, who Machel will accompany to Coachella in 2019, and countless others. Donning an awesome masquerader’s costume, the RnB beauty executed like she’d done it before in T&T. Just take a look.
