A$AP Rocky Allegedly Detained by Police at LAX.

International media outlets are this afternoon reporting that rapper A$AP Rocky has been arrested in Los Angeles.

The 33-year-old who is expecting his first child with singer and businesswoman, Rihanna, had been named by the victim of a shooting incident, which reportedly took place in November last year.

A$AP, who’s real name is Rakim Mayers arrived at LAX on a private jet after vacationing in Barbados with a very pregnant, Rihanna. TMZ reports that the rapper was taken out of the terminal in handcuffs.

Reports state that Rocky had been under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department over the November 6th shooting near Vista Del Mar and Selma Ave.

The shooting victim, who survived the attack reportedly claimed that Rocky was walking with two others when he “approached him with a handgun on the street,” this according to NBC News. The victim claimed Rocky shot at him “three to four times” and that one of the bullets grazed the victim’s left hand.

Reports state that the LAPD made the arrest with help from Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.

Rocky spent the Easter holiday in Barbados with Rihanna, prior to this unexpected dilemma.
