Once again, Trinidad and Tobago has been thrown into a state of discomfort and disarray as the body of a 23-year-old woman was found 7 days after her kidnapping. The body of the young woman, Andrea Bharatt, was found in a state of decomposition at the bottom of a precipice located at the area known as Heights of Aripo.

This evening, in a video posted to his social media platforms, radio personality and artist, Terrin Callendar, best known as Jaiga, called on his brothers to simply, do better.

Saying he was tremendously disappointed, the often energized entertainer, said there was nothing that could possibly explain why this young woman’s family should have to endure such pain. “This is not what it’s about. This cannot be it. I have two daughters and I cannot imagine them not coming home,” he lamented.

Andrea Bharrat was a clerk at the Arima Magistrate’s Court.
