EBUZZTTLinda’s Bakery – a staple brand in Trinidad and Tobago, has given soca artiste, Turner a lot to be smiling about this week. The entertainer showed off a brand new ad done for the company, as it celebrates its 65th anniversary.
Turner, often openly incensed by the downsides of the music business, has celebrated this win, sharing, “I am grateful for the opportunity, collaborating with Linda’s Bakery on their 65th year anniversary. Thank you for that faithful taste.”
In September, Turner released a single called, “Bumpa Patrol.” In October he followed up with, “Cyah Leave,” produced by Powerplay Beats. The single, according to the artiste, is his contribution to national pride ahead of carnival 2024. In a social media post last week, Turner wrote, “God forbid, if I was to die at least I know I left the younger generation with some inspirational songs – some timeless classics with both substance and message.”
