A new single already gaining some momentum and the love of T&T’s people are just two reasons St. Lucia’s Teddyson John’s revved and ready to come back to Trinidad and Tobago for next year’s carnival. He was apart of the One Island concert event held at the Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad- an effort aimed at helping those in need across the islands, following the passage of Hurricanes Irma and Maria. John said he didn’t think twice when asked to come and offer his service. More than anything, the always upbeat Soca artist told EBUZZTT that he understands the need for unity at a time like this.
John’s new single, “Mile High” which is on the Jack Frost Riddim, produced by Bass Ink, is another positive single- laced with words of comfort for people who truly need it. Teddyson’s vocals are insanely sweet on this one- but truth be told, this artist is known for vocal clarity and sweetness. Remember ‘Allez’ in 2016? He killed it.
John will be around the city of Port-of-Spain, Trinidad for the next few days before heading to Miami carnival, much like all of the other soca stars who’ll be wrapping up their touring schedule at Miami carnival.
Next up of course is T&T’s Greatest Show on Earth.
“I’m so ready. I’m happy to be back with ‘D All Stars. It’s a great unit of musicians and people. We all enjoy delivering for the fans and our aim is to simply make the people happy.”- Teddyson John.
